Early access: onboarding in stages
A specialist AI, trained on your examples for the task your business repeats every day.
A small model built only for your business, for a single repeated task. See how it handles your own examples, and what it would cost, before you switch.
We sent a confirmation link to that address. One optional question helps us build the right thing first.
The problem
Businesses are paying for a do-everything AI to do the same simple job, over and over.
- Sorting customer emails
- Sending requests to the right team
- Copying invoice details into your systems
Every one of those requests is billed at premium rates, so the bill grows with every busy day and is hard to predict. And no one has checked whether a smaller AI, trained for just that one job, would do the work just as well.
How it works
Evidence first. Then you decide.
Three steps, and you approve before anything goes live.
-
Describe the job
Tell us the one task you want to hand over, and share examples of how it is done today.
-
See the evidence first
We build a small model for that one job and show you how it handles your examples, where it is unsure, and what it would cost, before you commit to anything.
-
Switch on your own API
It answers the cases it is confident about and hands the rest back to your people or your current system.
Yours alone
Built for your business. Used by no one else.
Your AI learns your task from the examples you share, and it works only for you.
-
Only you can use it
Your model belongs to your account. It is never offered to, or used by, anyone else.
-
Your examples teach only your model
What you share never trains a model for another business.
-
Delete it whenever you choose
Remove your model and the examples you shared, yourself, at any time.
Predictable pricing
Pay per request. Not per word.
You are billed for each request. A short message and a long one cost the same, so the same work always costs the same.
-
Metered like the cloud
Usage is counted per request, like the cloud services your team already pays for.
-
Same request, same price
How much your model reads or writes never changes the price. You see the price per request before you commit.
-
No surprise charges
Usage stops at your plan unless you choose to allow more, up to a limit you set.
Each task has a size limit you see before you commit. A request over it is turned away with a clear message and is not charged.
What you get
See the cost comparison before you commit
Your projected cost per task, set next to what you pay today.
Works with the systems you use
A standard API your developer connects to what you already run.
Accuracy you can check before you buy
Review how it handles your own examples up front. No need to take our word for it.
Knows when it is unsure
It hands the case off instead of guessing, so a wrong answer does not slip through unnoticed.
Built for trust
- You approve before anything goes live.
- Your examples are encrypted and kept apart from every other customer's.
- You can roll back or switch off at any time.
With your permission, some preparation steps (such as drafting training examples or checking quality) may send redacted examples to a third-party AI provider under evaluation-only terms. That never happens in the live API. The FAQ explains this in full.
Some of the use cases
- Support-ticket routing
- Payments message triage
- Order and logistics exception sorting
- Copying invoice details into your accounting system
Not a fit
- Open-ended chat
- Tasks without a clear right answer
Hand over the job that never ends.
Leave your email and we will let you know when you can try it. We may also ask for a 20-minute conversation about the task you want to hand over. You can unsubscribe any time, and only your email is required.

FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
Is this a chatbot?
No. It is a small model built for a single, well-defined task, such as routing a ticket or copying the details from an invoice. It is not for open-ended conversation.
Is my model shared with anyone else?
No. Your model is built for your business, and only your account can use it. The examples you share teach your model alone. It runs on our secure platform, kept separate from every other customer, and you can delete the model and your examples whenever you choose. After a deletion we keep only a short record that it happened.
How is accuracy measured?
Before you commit, we run the model against a set of your own examples where the right answer is already known, and report how often it matched, expressed as a share of that example set (a percentage), together with where the model was unsure. You see this on your own data, so the measurement reflects your job rather than a generic benchmark.
What happens to my data?
Your examples are used only for your own model and never train anyone else's. With your permission, some preparation steps may send redacted examples to a third-party AI provider under evaluation-only terms; this never happens in the live API. You can roll back or switch off at any time. See the privacy notice for how we handle the email you give us here.
What does it cost?
Pricing will be published before launch. You pay per request, never by how much text it reads or writes. Before you commit, you will see your projected cost for your task, set next to what you pay today.
Do I need an ML team?
No. You describe the job and share examples; we handle the model. A developer can wire it into your systems through a standard API, but you do not need machine-learning specialists.
When does it launch?
We are onboarding early users in stages. Leave your email and we will let you know when you can try it.
